| The Downriver Community Conference Weatherization Program can assist clients with installing energy saving measures on their home. The program is free to all low income clients in the DCC communities. The program can provide the following: insulation of walls, attic and crawl spaces, replacement of doors, refrigerators, window panes (if broken), or funaces if required, and funds are available. The program can also provide weather-stipping and the caulking of windows and doors. This program can save as much as 40% on utility bills.
