Zoning Board of Appeals
The Five Member Zoning Board of Appeals is a Quasi-judicial body whose primary function is to uphold the intent of the zoning ordinance; except in unusual circumstances related to the condition of the property. The ZBA is the only body authorized to render "official" interpretations of the ordinance and zoning map. This Board also has the authority to hear and decide appeals.
